Full-Time Front Desk Attendant, HOA Community Clubhouse

GRS Management Associates has an immediate opportunity for a Full-Time Front Desk Attendant for a luxury 55+ community in Wellington. 

Key Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to)
  • Assist residents with requests for information
  • Direct residents and clients to the appropriate location of events
  • Monitoring the activities of the clubhouse and pool area, ensuring compliance with community rules
  • Relaying messages by email and phone
  • Collecting and completing work orders forms
  • Answering calls
  • Setup and assist with community events
  • Setup and take down umbrellas near the pool area
 
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Hospitality Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Clerical Experience Preferred
  • Willingness and Ability to Enforce Facility Rules
  • Able to bend and reach daily 
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Compensation: $12.00/hr
