North Palm Beach Licensed Association Manager
North Palm Beach, FLGRS Community Management, one of the top management companies in South Florida, has an opportunity for a full-time Association Manager in the North Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and management to ensure the assigned property is maintained and operated in accordance with GRS objectives. Candidates must have a current Florida CAM license.
The compensation is $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend and coordinate all community-related meetings, including Board of Directors, Annual Members and Budget Meetings.
- Act as the liaison between the Association and GRS Community Management, maintaining positive communications.
- Manage the provision of services to the community by outside vendors and initiate the approval of vendor invoices.
- Work with the Board of Directors to prepare, review and manage an Association budget and facilitate the filing of tax documents and periodic financial statements.
- Manage and implement appropriate preventive and remedial maintenance programs for proper upkeep and enhancement of all Association assets.
- Prepare periodic management reports for the Board of Directors, as well as appropriate materials for Board meetings.
- Assist the Association and its Board of Directors in maintaining ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations as well as the Association’s governing documents and maintain a line of communication with the Association’s outside counsel.
