GRS Management Associates is continuing to grow and is searching for an experienced LCAM to act as a Property Manager for a portfolio of communities in the Boynton Beach area.
The Portfolio Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned communities in conjunction with the Association's Board of Directors, as outlined in the Procedures Manual, by being the focal point for all required community-related matters.
Requirements
- Licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager (LCAM)
- Computer savvy (MS Office, TOPS, Outlook email etc)
- Budgeting/Financials experience
- Portfolio Management experience
- Condominium experience
- Experience in HOA management.
