Customer Services Specialist

GRS Community Management is seeking a Resident Services Specialist with some experience in the property management industry. The qualified candidate would be outgoing, detail oriented and responsible for administrative duties for our busy onsite office in Bonita Springs, FL 

Monday-Thursday 32 hrs weekly
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answers and directs all phone calls, retrieves mail daily from mailbox.
  •  Monitors Front Door and Assists Residents 
  • Logs & Tracks: Key Box, Remotes, Supplies and Package Log 
  • Screens ACC applications. If complete, distributes to Admin to process. 
  • Drafts GRS Staff Meeting Minutes 
  • Makes Key Fobs & Bar Codes. Barcodes must be installed to the registered car NOT HANDED OUT 
  • Daily walk arounds 
  • Checks Lifestyle mailbox. 
  • Club Leader Mailboxes, Club supplies etc. 
  • Drafts GL Homes staff Meeting Minutes 
  • Process Ticket Sales on Thunder Tix
  • Monitors onsite email account daily 
  • Collects RSVPS for events 
  • Helps prepare RSVP lists 
  • Guest Safety (Incident Reports, Crowd Watch, staffing for events) 
  • Helps setup rooms, run errands, prep coffee/ water, etc.
  • High attention to detail
  • 1 1/2 year of strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in Office 365, Word required 
  • Experience with Cinc strongly preferred but will train
