Resident Services Clubhouse Attendant

GRS Community Management is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic two Part- Time Resident Services Clubhouse Attendant to join our GRS team. This role is essential in providing exceptional experiences to the onsite residents and guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage resident and guest requests efficiently. The Resident Services Attendant will assist the Lifestyle Director and the Property Manager.

Part Time positions starting at $21 hourly

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests
  • Friendly, outgoing, and excellent communication skills
  • Provide event information
  • Answers and directs all phone calls
  • General clerical duties or projects, as needed
  • Direct residents and clients to the appropriate location of events/meetings
  • Ability to work one weekend day, holidays & evenings if needed
  • Logs & Tracks: Key Box, Remotes, Supplies, Packaging Log, etc.
  • Monitor front door and cameras
  • Address events and club complaints with the Lifestyle Director or Property Mgr.
  • Assist the lifestyle Director with activities & events 
  • Help set up rooms, run errands, etc.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong speaking skills to communicate effectively with residents and guests
  • Experience working with children is a plus, enhancing guest interactions for family-oriented services
  • Background in events management or theater can be beneficial for enhancing guest experiences
  • Conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
