Maintenance Representative

Lake Worth, FL

GRS Community Management is searching for an experienced Maintenance and Grounds Representative in our onsite association we manage.

  • Light electrical replace light bulbs and fixtures, replace screens for sprinkler systems etc.
  • Light masonry and painting. Minor repair to association equipment.
  • Check and report any vandalism damage or any irregularities.
  • Light touch up painting, stucco repair work other type of aesthetic maintenance
  • Acquire supplies from local distributors as necessary.
  • Maintain documentation and procedures required for maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Assist in set-up and takedown for all clubhouse activities required
  • Work with service vendors when required and become familiar with all electrical and hydraulic systems including main shutoff for city water, sprinkler and electrical systems.
  • Check and report any vandalism damage or any irregularities.
  • Able to be on-call for emergencies as needed.
  • Other maintenance duties as required by the Property Manager.
  • Check parking lot lights, walkway lights and building lights. Report or replace any bulbs that are not working. Check and replace mal-functioning photocells, adjust any and all timers throughout the year.
  • Twice a year (Summer and Winter) vacuum all condensate drain lines from main outlet
  • Maintain and operate pressure washer. Pressure washing where necessary, on schedules set up by the property manager.
Physical Requirements:
  • Have a few of your own tools
  • Must be able to lift no less than 30lbs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of experience working in a HOA/Condo Association environment preferred
  • Previous Maintenance Experience Required
  • Irrigation Repair Experience Recommended
  • General Maintenance Knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills
