GRS Management Associates has an immediate opportunity for Clubhouse Assistant in the Delray Beach area. The Clubhouse Assistant will be responsible for providing a single point of contact to homeowners, contractors, developer representatives, and the property manager during hours outside of normal business hours. The key responsibilities will be to provide a high level of customer service while assisting in requests for information and monitoring the pool to ensure social distancing per the county restrictions. Light maintenance moving a box or two with minor paint touch ups.
Sunday 8:30am -5pm with 30 minute lunches
Direct homeowners and customers to the appropriate website. Monitor the activities of the clubhouse and pool area, ensuring compliance with community rules.
Customer Service Experience, light Maintenance
