Part Time Maintenance Representative

association condominium in West Palm Beach.
Part Time, 20 hours per week
Responsible for day to day maintenance and upkeep of property facilities and common areas. Performs daily maintenance responsibilities as required including light janitorial upkeep of the common areas, changing light bulbs, filters etc.

RequirementsPrevious Maintenance experience preferred
