Mail Support Specialist

Lake Worth, FL
The Mail Specialist is responsible for all corporate mail functions, with a primary focus in processing of all large volume mailings for our communities and internal departments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  1. Responsible for all outgoing mail (regular, priority and certified) on a
     daily basis.
  2. Maintain log of all mailings and inventory of envelopes and stationary.
  3. Responsible for mailing quarterly statements and year end financial
  4.  Manage postage machine for Association Group.
  5.  Oversee seasonal staff to ensure that mailings are performed       
  6.  Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  7.  Adhere to and support policies of Association Group.
High School or equivalent Minimum
Work experience a must
Minimum 2  years strong Administrative Assistant experience.
Experience in Excel and Word
Experience with Property management a plus.

2.    Initiative – Must be self-motivated and assertive to accomplish goals.     
       Must maintain a professional, positive, can-do attitude.
3.    Flexibility – To meet deadlines, work under pressure and work on
       several tasks simultaneously.
4.    Planning and organization – Must have good organization and follow
        up skills.
5.    Interpersonal skills – Must be able to establish rapport and develop
       good working relationships with a wide variety of people from vendors
       to associates.
6.    Communication – Excellent verbal and written skills required.
7.    Computer skills – Position requires skills in MS Word and Excel.
8.    Problem solving – Must be able to get to root of issues, determine
       possible solutions, and decide on proper course of action before
      presenting to manager.
