Full Time Maintenance Representative
Boca Raton, FL · General LaborGRS Community Management is seeking a full time Maintenance individual that is able to use their skills to be a supportive team member in one of our Condominium Associations in Boca Raton.
Monday- Friday 40 hours

Monday- Friday 40 hours
Duties:
- Responsible for day to day maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of community facilities and common areas.
- Some drywall repair
- Irrigation repair
- Light electrical maintenance changing light bulbs, etc.
- May need to do community pressure washing and painting.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Follow directions and schedules
- Ability to work outside with no restrictions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Previous community maintenance or groundskeeper experience a plus
