GRS Community Management has an immediate position for an experienced Maintenance and Grounds Representative for a Condominium associations in West Palm Beach, FL

Monday-Friday 40 week
starting at $20 and up based on experience

Duties:

• Responsible for day to day maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of community facilities and common areas.
• Performs maintenance responsibilities as required, including: drywall repair, fence repairs, irrigation repair, light electrical maintenance, changing light bulbs, changing filters and screens, etc.
• Pressure washing, and some painting. Able to clean drains if needed.

Requirements:

• General maintenance knowledge
• Excellent Communication and follow up Skills
