Front Desk Reception & Community Event Assistant

Homeowners Association in Palm Beach County is seeking a highly organized and detailed focused individual. This person will work as the main point of contact for members of the community when they come into the main club house and will work closely with the Lifestyle Director in planning and executing events and facility scheduling. Strong computer skills are needed. Strong customer service skills and an ability to problem solve are required. Multi-tasking abilities in a very fast-paced environment. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm with availability for occasional nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Extremely effective social and communication skills
  • Computer savvy (Word, Excel. Office 365,PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Event planning experience with problem solving requirements.
