GRS Community Management has an immediate opportunity for a full time experienced Maintenance Representative /Groundskeeper for a community located in Delray Beach, FL.

Responsible for day to day grounds keeping and maintenance upkeep of property facilities and common areas. Performs daily maintenance responsibilities as required, including irrigation repair, changing light bulbs, painting, pressure washing, etc., and routine upkeep of the community buildings, pool & parking area, including trash and litter pickup.

pay rate $19 and up based on experience 
Monday - Friday 6:30 am to -3:30 pm 

    
Requirements: 

• General Maintenance Knowledge 
• Minimum  1 years experience in property maintenance & general repair work
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Able to address residents’ concerns and problems and advise them accordingly.
