Administrative Assistant - Pompano Beach/Pembroke Pines

GRS Community Management is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant with experience. The position is split between 2 offices located in Pompano and Pembroke Pines, Florida . The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
              Basic office duties – heavy filing 
              Scanning

Requirements
  • High attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word required
