GRS Community Management has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Concierge for a luxury HOA onsite community in Lake Worth, Florida. The candidate will assist in the social activities, take reservations, and provide a smiling face and pleasant attitude!

Salary $17 per hour

Schedule15-20 hours weekly plus weekends and some holidays
 

Key Responsibilities: (including, but not limited to)

• Greet residents and guests
• Answer phones and retrieve messages
• Assist clubhouse staff with general office duties or projects, as needed
• Make rounds at Clubhouse several times during shift turning off lights/fans in vacant rooms
• Note any rule violations and attempt to enforce
• Assist homeowners to the best of your ability and knowledge
• Assist clubs during events
• Provide technical assistance with club events
• Ability to learn operation of audio visual equipment
• Must be available nights, weekends and some holidays
