Administrative Assistant

Naples, Florida
GRS Community Management is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant for HOA in Naples. with experience in the property management industry. The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support for the community and property manager.

pay $20 -$21 based on experience
Full Time 40 hours weekly
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Work in conjunction with the property manager to process all community ARB requests, Work Orders, and Violation Letters for the assigned communities
  • Answer all calls and emails from homeowners, board members, and property managers in a timely manner
  • Prepare board meeting, annual, and budget meeting packages as requested by the property manager.
  • Schedule and maintain records for clubhouse reservations
  • Prepare and submit check requests for processing by Accounts Payable.
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Property Management background 
  • Minimum 2 years strong Administrative experience
  • Experience in office 365, Excel and Word required 
  • Experience with CINC strongly preferred
