Administrative Assistant/Social Director - Naples, FL

GRS Management is seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant/Social Director with experience in the property management industry in Naples, FL. The qualified candidate would have overall responsibility for providing administrative support for the assigned community and Property Manager.

Responsibilities :
The Administrative Assistant/Social Director responsibilities include assisting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HOA, managing the Clubhouse facilities, planning and managing events and activities, event budget management, and interfacing with residents, the HOA Board and committees.
 
Candidates Will Demonstrate the Following Qualifications:
  •  High-School diploma or equivalent, two or more years of   college preferred
  •  Two-years of HOA social director or equivalent experience   preferred
  •  Strong organizational skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  •  Planning and managing HOA events for adults and children
  •  Customer service focus assisting the manager, Issuing Fobs,   and decals
  •  Proficient in setting and managing event budgets and   expense reconciliation
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and   verbal, for ongoing interactions with Board Members,  committee members, owners, renters, vendors, and others.
  •  Flexible work schedules
  •  Proficient in speaking English
  •  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher or related graphic   software, and PowerPoint

Requirements :

  • Committee members, owners, renters, vendors and others
  • Proficient in speaking English flexable work schedule
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher or related graphic software, and Power Point.
